RAWALPINDI (92 News) - AML chairman Sheikh Rasheed has said that he has no objection to any appointment and the new army chief will not carry political filth on his shoulders.

In a tweet on Monday, he said that the new army chief will take the country towards the election. "The next five days are very decisive for politics."

Sheikh Rasheed said that Nawaz Sharif wants to get the duration of the caretaker setup extended and wants the appointment of his choice. "Nawaz Sharif cannot enjoy two rides in a ticket," he added.

He said that the political funeral of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) had been taken out and political cries were visible in the press conference of Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto. "Bilawal was hurling threats to the President. The borrowed government meets the same fate.

"Imran Khan will be accorded a historic welcome in Rawalpindi on November 26," he added.

Sheikh Rasheed said that Rana Sanaullah had given the statement that Imran Khan faces a threat to his life from anti-Pakistan agencies. "Is it not responsibility of the government to counter the anti-Pakistan agencies," he added.

He said that the government had first destroyed the economy and now statements of the interior and foreign ministers are making mockery of the country. "November 26 will be the day of revolution," he added.
