Imran Khan moves SC against Electoral Reforms Act 2017

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan has on Monday challenged the Electoral Reforms Act 2017 in Supreme Court. The petition was filed by the counsel of PTI chairman Imran Khan under public interest Article 184-III of the constitution. The petition contended that the amendments in electoral law have contradiction with the Constitution, adding that a disqualified person cannot have a party designation.
