Imran Khan's nomination papers for NA-108 Faisalabad rejected
FAISALABAD (92 News) - The returning officer rejected the nomination papers of PTI chairman Imran Khan for NA-108 Faisalabad on Wednesday.
During the scrutiny, the returning officer objected to the nomination papers of Imran Khan.
However, the papers of PML-N's Abid Sher Ali and PTI's Furrukh Habib have been accepted.
On the other hand, the PTI has announced to challenge the decision of the returning officer. Furrukh Habib said that the returning officer had exceeded his powers and rejected the papers.
After the rejection of the papers, PTI workers staged a demonstration and besieged the ECP office.
