Only Imran Khan himself can explain his statement, says President Arif Alvi

PESHAWAR (92 News) - President Dr Arif Alvi has said that only PTI chairman Imran Khan himself can explain his statement.

Talking to journalists on Monday, he said that all generals are patriots. "How can we not say patriots to those who sacrifice their lives for the country?" he questioned.

The President said that he is in close contact with Imran Khan and advise him as well. "I am playing a role to mitigate the severity of the situation.

He said that he has not signed only a few bills. "I sign the bills when they are referred to me. I had given the idea of the voting right to overseas Pakistanis and how he could sign against it," he maintained.
