Imran Khan says it’s not democracy, mafia controls country

LAHORE (92 News) – PTI chairman Imran Khan has said that it not democracy and a mafia controls the country. Addressing the PAT’s protest gathering on Wednesday, he said that which kind of public representatives they are that the Punjab Assembly passes a resolution against the verdict of the Supreme Court. “The objective of democracy is to protect the interests of people. There is no parliament in the world that protects a person stealing Rs 300 billion of the nation,” he said. The PTI chairman said that he will consider Sheikh Rashid’s suggestion to resign from the assemblies.
