Imran Khan to be held responsible if anything happened to Nawaz Sharif: Ahsan Iqbal

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – PML-N leader Ahsan Iqbal has said that Prime Minister Imran Khan will be held responsible if anything happened to former prime minister Nawaz Sharif. Addressing a press conference on Tuesday, he said that the present government had destroyed the country. “The government has taken the loan in a year equal to the loan taken by the PML-N in five years,” he said. He said that the government’s entire focus is on revengeful activities. “Nawaz Sharif’s health deteriorated suddenly and his personal physician had informed about the threats to his health at 7pm. His treatment should have been started immediately, but the administration continued to ignore the matter and threw the report into a dustbin,” he said. Ahsan Iqbal said that the administration shifted Nawaz Sharif to hospital when workers reached the NAB office and staged a protest. The PML-N leader said that the government had not only expressed indifferent, but the comments of Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Firdous Ashiq are a shameful act. “The PTI had made fun of the disease of Kulsoom Nawaz. It launched a propaganda campaign on the social media when a murder attempt was made on me. The PTI is in habit of doing politics on the disease of its opponents,” he said.
