Imran seen nervous pronouncing words during oath

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan was seen as nervous as he faced difficulties in pronouncing during the oath on Saturday. Clad in a black 'Sherwan'i, Imran Khan was seen as little nervous as he faced difficulties in pronouncing some Urdu words during the oath. During the oath taking ceremony, the PTI chief was seen very happy and glimpse of smile as well as little frightening showed her face. When President Mamnoon Hussain said the words "Roz-e-Qiyaamat" (the day of Judgement), Imran did not hear the exact phrase and called out the words wrongly terming them as "Roz-e-Qiyaadat" (the day of leadership) hence completely changing the meaning of the sentence. Once corrected by the president, Khan realised his mistake, smiled subtly, said "sorry" and continued with his oath taking. On the other hand, former US president Obama has also commit the mistake during his oath taking ceremony. Chief Justice John Roberts re-administered the oath to the president in front of reporters at the White House. The confusion arose after Roberts', dubbed the "oaf of office" by one US newspaper, pronounced crucial words in the wrong order during the inauguration ceremony. The White House counsel said in a statement read by a spokesman the oath was administered a second time out of an "abundance of caution." Imran Khan was sworn in as Pakistan's new prime minister, nearly 22 years after the former cricket hero entered politics. Imran Khan, 65, the chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), was administered the oath of office by President Mamnoon Hussain at a simple ceremony held at the Aiwan-e-Sadr.
