Incitement to revolt: Court discharges case against Lt Gen Amjad (retd) Shoaib

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra discharged the case against Lt Gen (retd) Amjad Shoaib on Thursday.

The court announced the reserved verdict on the plea against the remand of Lt Gen (retd) Amjad Shoaib. The court ruled that the prosecution has no confirmed proof suffieceint for the physical remand of Amjad Shoaib.

The court nullified the three-day remand of Amjad Shoaib. The court also ordered to immediately release him.
