Independent candidate beats PMLN in Jhang by-election

JHANG (92 News) – An upset was witnessed in the by-elections of Jhang constituency PP-78 as the independent candidate bagged more votes than the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz. According to the unofficial result, independent candidate Masroor Nawaz got 48,563 votes while PMLN candidate got 35,000 votes. The supports of independent candidate celebrated after the win.
