India involved in terrorist attacks in Pakistan, confesses Bikram Singh

NEW DELHI (92 News) – Former Indian Army Chief Bikram Singh has confessed that India has a role in present terrorist attacks in Pakistan. In a recent statement, Singh said that Pakistan has to be convinced against its own Army so that it remains involved in its own issues rather than Kashmir. The blood of Pakistani people needs to be spilled, he said. He further said, “The so called freedom movements have to be encouraged.”
