ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Firdous Ashiq Awan said that the Kashmiris are besieged in their houses for a month. Talking to the media on Wednesday, she said that India has turned the Occupied Valley in a big jail. “Kashmiris are writing the history with their blood, while the world the playing the role of a silent spectator,” she said. She said that Indian decisions are disrupting peace in the region. “We are will continue to become the voice of Kashmiris. Pakistan has shown the world its fascist face,” she added. Earlier in a series of tweets, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information Firdous Ashiq Awan said that India has been pressurized due to the Pakistan’s successful diplomatic efforts for Kashmiris. the special assistant said that the visits of Saudi and UAE foreign ministers to Islamabad are the outcome of Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts for Kashmiris. She also said that the visits are also reflective of the trust the leadership of these countries have on Prime Minister Imran Khan. Firdous Ashiq Awan said that the visits of Saudi and UAE’s foreign ministers indicate that they are concerned over the situation in Indian Occupied Kashmir (IoK). She said this once again highlights the disputed nature of Kashmir. In another tweet, the special assistant said that independence of Kashmiris from the cruel clutches of India is writing on the wall. She said the most powerful and strong voice for the rights of oppressed Kashmiri people in seven decades has been raised by Imran Khan, who is challenging the Indian oppression and tyranny. “Either it is his article in New York Times or address to convention of the Islamic Society of North America, Imran Khan is pleading the case of Kashmiris at every forum and warning the world from the threats posed by the fascist mindset of Modi,” Firdous Ashiq Awan maintained. The special assistant said that the civilized world should stand by the oppressed Kashmiri people and demonstrate their respect for humanity.
