NEW DELHI (92 News) – The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has refused to host the Asia Cup because of its reluctance to host Pakistan. The decision was made during a meeting of the board’s Governing Body. In a letter to ICC, the BCCI said that they could not play Green Shirts on their soil. Earlier, the BCCI released the Indian team’s schedule for the next four years which did not include a series with Pakistan. India also lost hosting the Under-19 Asia Cup also over the country’s reluctance to host Pakistan’s junior side.
