India suspends Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani’s passport

NEW DELHI – The Indian government on Tuesday suspended the passport of Hurriyat Conference leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani, reported 92 News.
Geelani had to participate in a meeting of the Organization of Islamic Countries (OIC) in New York on September 27.
Besides Geelani, two more leaders, including Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, had to participate in the OIC meeting.
