India was using fake news websites against Pakistan: FM Qureshi

Addressing a news conference on Friday, the minister mentioned that India is involved in maligning Pakistan's image through fake news spread by its fake agencies being operated in 116 countries. He also said that the recent report of EU DisinfoLab titled Indian Chronicles has exposed India for maligning Pakistan's identity.

The minister said all such reports are vindication for Pakistan and substantiated its position in front of the international community. He said expose of Indian disinformation campaign by EU DisinfoLab demands global attention.

FM Qureshi said that internationally, Indian network is working to consolidate the power and improve the image of India and damage reputation of rival countries so that ultimately India may benefit from more support from world community.

He called upon the international community to take note of such steps by the RSS-BJP regime.
