Indian PM Modi again accuses Pakistan of Uri attack

NEW DELHI – Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday again accused Pakistan of carrying out the Uri attack. Addressing a gathering in Kerala on Saturday, he first talked of fighting for a thousand years and hurled threats to Pakistan. Later, he asked Pakistan to come forward and wage a war jointly against poverty and unemployment.
