Indian police arrest Pakistani tourist visiting shrine
JALANDHAR (92 News) - Indian Police on Friday detained a Pakistani woman visitingfthe country to visit a shrine on charges of travelling without a ticket and other relevant documents.
As per details, Chanda, a resident of Karachi, boarded the Samjhauta Express from Lahore and arrived in Attari on Thursday. She was arrested in Jalandhar.
During questioning, Chanda told police that her uncle, who was carrying all the travel documents and tickets, left the train to bring water and did not return.
