ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) again gave Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav the deadline to hire the services of a counsel till October 6. The court also directed the authorities to offer the third consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav. Later, the case was adjourned till October 6. Talking to the media outside court, Attorney General Khalid Javed Khan said that they had informed India and Kulbhushan Jadhav about the court orders through the Foreign Office. "But India did not give a reply even after one month. India has only one option of facing the case in Pakistan," he said. He said that there is no justification in moving the International Court of Justice. "We have implemented the ICJ verdict. India appointed Barrister Shah Nawaz, but he had neither the power of attorney nor the authority letter," he added.
