SRINAGAR (92 News) – In Indian-held Jammu Kashmir (IHK), Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred two more youth in Islamabad district, on Monday. According to the Kashmir Media Service (KMS), the youth were killed by Indian troops during a violent cordon and search operation at Bidoora-Achabal in Islamabad district. The operation is going on, a police officer told media men. The occupation authorities suspended Mobile Internet Services in Islamabad district. Meanwhile, police said that three Indian soldiers including an army officer were injured in an attack at Bidoora village in Achabal area of Islamabad district. Army Major Rahul Verma along with two other soldiers sustained injuries in the attack, police confirmed. The injured were evacuated to nearby military hospital for treatment. Earlier, occupation troops launched massive cordon and search operations in Islamabad, Pulwama, Kulgam, Shopian and Bandipore districts.
JKNF expresses concern over political detainees’ plight in jails
 In IHK, the Jammu and Kashmir National Front has expressed concern over the inhuman treatment meted out to the illegally detained Kashmiri Hurriyat leaders and activists languishing in different jails. The JKNF spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said the harassment and inhuman treatment to the detainees belonging to Kashmir valley should be stopped forthwith. He said the civilised world does not allow targeting the prisoners psychologically. The Jammu and Kashmir National Front and Democratic Political Movement in their statements issued in Srinagar expressed concern over the inhuman treatment meted out to the illegally detained Kashmiri Hurriyat leaders and activists in different jails. Hurriyat leader, Mohammad Rafiq Ganie was arrested by Special Operation Group of Indian police from Magam area of Tangmarg and was shifted to infamous Cargo torture centre in Srinagar. The Indian authorities sanctioned prosecution against seven APHC activists in Hajin area of Bandipora district for staging protest against the detention of resistance leader, Masarrat Aalam Butt under draconian Public Safety Act in 2015.
