Individual resignations of ECP members won’t affect its performance, says Fazlur Rehman

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl chief Moulana Fazlur Rehman has on Monday said that before second sit-in, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan should compensate the damages done during the first sir-in. In a statement, Moulana Fazlur Rehman said that the resignation of individual members of Election Commission of Pakistan won’t affect its performance. He said that the constitutional way to remove ECP members is through Supreme Judicial Council. The JUI-F chief said that new members will join, if ECP members resigned due to the pressure of PTI chairman, but it will not affect its performance.
