KARACHI (92 News) – The preliminary investigation of the terrorist attack on Chinese Consulate in Karachi has been completed on Monday here. According to the sources, the initial probe of Chinese Consulate attack was completed with the help of the technical and human intelligence. The security forces recorded statements of dozens of people including all the personnel who were present during the attack its investigation. The sources also said that the statements of injured security guard and the officials of Chinese Consul were recorded for the investigation. The sources also said that the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) has sent spent shells of cartridges, found from the crime scene, for forensic tests. The investigation agencies have made key progress in probe of the incident and detained nine more suspects in the case with the help of the mobile phone data. It was reported that the investigations are underway that which routes were used by the terrorists to reach outside the Chinese Consulate in Karachi. On Friday morning, at least three suicide attackers tried to storm the Chinese Consulate in Karachi, but were killed before they could get into the building. Talking to the media on Saturday, he said that the news about the killing of Aslam Achu were wrong. “India is involved in deteriorating the conditions in Balochistan,” he said. One of the attackers was on the list of the missing person in 2015. Saleem Khosa said that they are investigating about the terrorists.
