Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal invites Islamabad protesters to talks
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal has invited the protesters staging the sit-in in the capital to talks.
Addressing a press conference on Friday, he said that the demands with regard to the Khatm-e-Nabuwwat had been met and there is no justification for the sit-in.
“Who says there is an alternate route of the Khatm-e-Nabuwwat?” he questioned. “There can be no compromise on the Khatm-e-Nabuwwat.”
He said that the foundation of the Khatm-e-Nabuwwat had been laid in the constitution till doomsday.
The minister asked the protesters to end the sit-in keeping in worries of the masses.
