Iranian natural gas supply to be started within two years, says Shahid Khaqan Abbasi

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Federal Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said that the Iranian natural gas supply will be started within two years after withdrawal of sanctions. In an interview with the British media house, he said that Pakistan will start working on Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline project from September and the project will be completed in three months. He said that Pakistan has linked the project with China-Pakistan Economic Corridor project. He further said that China is currently financing the construction of a gas pipeline and Chinese construction companies were ready to start work.
