Ishaq Dar, Asif Zardari discuss overall political and economic situation

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Finance Minister Ishaq Dar held a meeting with former president Asif Zardari.

During the meeting, overall political and economic situation were discussed. Ishaq Dar also inquired about the health of Asif Zardari.

Earlier, Chinese Ambassador Nong Rong had called on Finance Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar at Finance Division. They had discussed enhancing bilateral relations in economic and financial sectors between both the countries. It was highlighted that both countries have historic and strong bilateral ties in various economic sectors.

The Chinese ambassador had assured government's sustained support to Pakistan in hour of need and shared that China stands with people of Pakistan in these hard times. He had also thanked the government for giving facilitation to Chinese projects in Pakistan.
