Prohibited funding case: Banking court orders Imran Khan to appear on Feb 28

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Banking Court Judge Rakhshanda Shaheen on Saturday ordered PTI chairman Imran Khan to appear before the court in the prohibited funding case.

Naeem Panjotha, counsel for Imran Khan, submitted a copy of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) verdict to the court.

During the hearing, the FIA requested the court to order the medical examination of Imran Khan at PIMS. It contended that Imran Khan is misusing the concession after getting the protective bail.

"The problem relates to orthopedic, while the report received from Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital has been submitted," it stated.
