Islamabad High Court gives Big Relief to Imran Khan
Islamabad: (92 News) The Adiala Jail authorities have expressed their willingness to meet the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with the founder of PTI.
The application was heard by Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir. Deputy Superintendent Adiala Jail appeared in the court and told that there is no restriction on the meeting of Ali Amin Gandapur. On which the court said that you should look into it so that no such request comes here in the future.
Deputy Superintendent Adiala Jail took the stand that they have appointed coordinators. On which Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir said that the coordinator Intizar Hussain Panjotha has been kidnapped. The Deputy Superintendent said that Barrister Gohar and Salman Akram Raja are also coordinators. The coordinator would first decide the list and we would make an appointment. Jail meeting is also happening now.

Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir inquired why they ban the meeting? On which the Deputy Superintendent of Adiala Jail took the stand that the Home Department imposes a ban due to security concerns. The court disposed of the application.

Shoaib Shaheen took the position that the sons of founder PTI are not even talked to on the telephone, on which the Deputy Superintendent of Adiala Jail said that the WhatsApp call facility is not in the jail manual. Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir said that whether it is a WhatsApp call or whatever it is, you should talk, don't create unnecessary trouble for yourself.
The High Court ordered PTI founders to be provided with the facilities they are entitled to as per the prison manual, including the newspaper. While talking to the sons has indicated to pass the appropriate order.
