Islamabad police failed to arrest Imran Khan in Tosha Khana case

LAHORE (92 News) – Islamabad police failed to arrest Imran Khan Kolahorsa in Tosha Khana case. Islamabad police were ordered to go back by IG Islamabad.

Islamabad Police reached Zaman Park with the arrest warrant of Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case for the possible arrest of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf.

Islamabad Police under the leadership of SP Hussain Tahir reached Zaman Park, on which the workers strongly resisted. Imran Khan's Chief of Staff Shibli Faraz received the arrest warrant on which Bani Gala's address was present.

On the arrest warrant, Shibli Faraz wrote that the Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf is not present at home, he will be a part of the legal process. After talks with the PTI leadership, the Islamabad police left Zaman Park without making any arrests.

IG Islamabad Police said that they are taking legal action on the court orders. The police have arrived not only to issue notices but also to make arrests.

On the other hand, Islamabad Police sought help from Punjab Police to arrest Imran Khan. According to sources, IG Punjab has given all assurances regarding the possible arrest of Imran Khan.
