Islamabad United outclass Lahore Qalandars by 71 runs

LAHORE (92 News) – Islamabad United outclassed Lahore Qalandars by 71 runs in the 17th match of the Pakistan Super League at Gaddafi Stadium on Wednesday. After being invited to bat, Islamabad United scored 198 runs for the loss of three wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. The partnership of Ronchi and Colin Munro contributed 103 runs, while Ronchi was out at 48 runs. Collin Munro smashed 87 runs. Muhammad Hafeez, Slaman Irshad and Muhammad Faizan got one wicket each. In reply, Lahore Qalandars were bundled out for 127 runs in the 19th over. Usman Shinwari (30) and Ben Dunk (25) were main contributors. Rumman Raees and Zafar Gohar bagged three wickets each.
