Islamophobia will continue to increase until Muslim leaders take collective stand against it: PM Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD
(92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan said that Islamophobia will continue to increase
until the Muslim leaders take a collective stand against it.
Addressing
the National Rehmatul-lil-Alameen Conference in connection with Eid
Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) celebrations in Islamabad on Friday, he said that he
thinks one should not do a thing which hurts any community and the Holy Prophet
Hazrat Mohammed (PBUH) also practised it.
The
prime minister said that people, especially the youth, should be imparted
information about Seeratun Nabi (PBUH). "Allah Almighty guided us through the
Holy Quran and the pious life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH)," he added.
He
said that the last sermon of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is the charter of humanity.
"A majority of people in the West are atheist. A small section of the
society is anti-Islam which benefitted from the propaganda," he said.
PM
Imran Khan said that the Jews community is very small in the West, but it is so
much organized that no one can dare to talk about the Holocaust. "We
should respect freedom of expression, but hurting of someone's sentiments is
not freedom of expression," he concluded.
