Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party to contest elections on symbol of 'Eagle': Aleem Khan

LAHORE (92 News) - The Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) will contest the elections on the symbol of 'Eagle'.

Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party president Aleem Khan said that the party would submit an application to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for its registration.

He said that the party would get a massive support from northern and southern Punjab. "We will contest the elections from each constituency and field the best candidates.

Aleem Khan said that the party has experienced and seasoned politicians. "Agriculture and prosperity of farmers will be a key part of the manifesto," he added.

He consulted the party leaders with regard to the party manifesto, an election strategy and other matters. He directed the leaders to expedite the mass-contact campaign and political activities.
