It is mandatory to break shackles of slavery: PM Imran Khan
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that it is mandatory to break the shackles of slavery.
Addressing a ceremony to launch the Single National Curruclum from Class 1 to 5 on Monday, he said that shackles of mental slavery had been broken in Afghanistan. "We did a great injustice by not introducing a uniform syllabus after the independence. As a result, the society divided into two parts," he said.
The prime minister said that people used to say it was impossible to introduce a uniform syllabus in Pakistan, but the government did it.
"We not only learn the English language but also take their entire culture. It is a great loss. There will be the same direction of the youth in the uniform syllabus," he declared.
