Jamaat-e-Islami stages sit-in outside K-Electric Head Office

KARACHI (92 News) – The Jamaat-e-Islami staged a sit-in outside the K-Electric Head Office on Friday.

Addressing the protesters, Karachi JI ameer Hafiz Naeemur Rahman said that it is a great opportunity to get rid of overbilling and they should come out of their house and record their protest.

He said that K-Electric was sold at the price of only 10 poles.

The protesters chanted slogans against K-Electric.

A heavy contingent of police was also present to deal with any untoward incident.
