JI ameer announces to stage sit-in wherever hurdle will be created

LAHORE (92 News) - Jamaat-e-Islami ameer Hafiz Naeemur Rehman announced to stage the sit-in wherever a hurdle will be created.

In a statement on Friday, he said that they would turn a sit-in into several sit-ins. “We want to remain peaceful. Workers will reach the sit-in site despite all fascism. The people’s power cannot be stopped by parking containers. Now it is government’s responsibility how it maintains peace,” he added.

The JI ameer said that they would have to get rid of IPPs and taxes. “We will force the government to withdraw its unnecessary taxes,” he maintained.
