JI ameer refuses to end sit-in until fulfilment of their demands

RAWALPINDI (92 News) - Jamaat-e-Islami Hafiz Naeemur Rehman on Saturday refused to end the sit-in until fulfilment of their demands.

Addressing the participants of the sit-in at Liaquat Bagh, he said that the government should immediate release all arrested workers if it wants to hold dialogues.

He said that the government should not remain in misunderstanding as they could divert their sit-in to any direction. “We will not end the sit-in until getting demand of the people,” he added.

The JI ameer announced to hold a big public meeting on Murree Road.

Meanwhile, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi called on JI leader Liaquat Baloch to end the sit-in. In response, the JI leader presented their demands for ending the sit-in.
