Jinnah House attack: ATC declares Hammad Azhar, Hassan Niazi as absconders

LAHORE (92 News) - An anti-terrorism court declared PTI leaders Hammad Azhar, Mian Aslam Iqbal and Hassan Niazi as absconders in the Jinnah House attack case.

The court also declared Ghulam Abbas and Ali Abbas as absconders.

They have been declared absconders in the light of the police report submitted to court. The report said that these accused are fleeing in fear of being arrested and hence they should be declared as absconders.
