LAHORE (92 News) - The joint opposition has decided that they will not become part of the consulation for the caretaker set-up.

Talking to the media on Monday, PML-N leader Shehbaz Sharif said that they will not consult the President who had violated the constitution. “We are waiting for the verdict of the Supreme Court (SC) to make the next strategy,” he added.

On the other hand, PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry said that if opposition parties do not become part of consulation then it is their choice. “We have sent two names. If they do not come within seven days, then the first name will be finalized,” he maintained.

Meanwhile, JUI leader Maulana Asad Mahmood said that they will not have consulation regarding the caretaker set-up under any condition. “Firstly, they should restore the constitution, then cabinet will decide about the caretaker set-up,” he concluded.
