Joint opposition decides not to withdraw no-confidence motion

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The joint opposition has decided not to withdraw the no-confidence motion on Thursday.

The decision was made during a meeting of the opposition leaders at the residence of Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif.

The meeting also decided not to accept any assurance of the government. The participants demanded that PM Imran Khan should either resign or conduct voting on the no-confidence motion.

The meeting discussed the political situation as well as the no-confidence motion. It expressed its satisfaction over getting more numbers that the required ones for the success of the no-confidence motion.

In the declaration, it has been stated that the opposition will not give any NRO to Imran Niazi who had lost majority in the House.
