Jordan joint chief of staff chairman, CNS Admiral Amjad discuss regional security

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Jordan Armed Forces, Maj Gen Yousef Ahmed Al Hnaity called on Chief of Naval Staff (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi at Naval Headquarters.

According to Pakistan Navy spokesperson, Maj Gen Yousef Ahmed Al Hnaity was presented Guard of Honor and laid floral wreath at Shuhada monument. Subsequently, he was introduced to Principal Staff Officers.

During the meeting, matters of mutual interest, bilateral collaboration and regional security were discussed. The visiting dignitary appreciated and acknowledged Pakistan Navy’s efforts and commitments in support of collaborative maritime security in the region.

President confers HI (M) on Maj Gen Yousef Ahmed Al-Hnaity

President Dr Arif Alvi has conferred Hilal-e-Imtiaz (Military) on Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of Jordanian Armed Forces, Major General Yousef Ahmed Al-Hnaity in recognition of his efforts to further strengthen the defense relations between Pakistan and Jordan.

The investiture ceremony was held at Aiwan-e-Sadr in Islamabad on Thursday.
