Journalist Wali Babar’s killer Zeeshan arrested: Karachi police chief

KARACHI (92 News) – The police have arrested Zeeshan alias Shani, the killer of journalist Wali Babar. Addressing a press conference on Monday, Karachi CPO Ghulam Nabi Memon said that five people were involved in the murder on the orders of the MQM-London. He said that Zeeshan alias Shani had opened fire on Wali Babar. “Faisal Mota and Kamran Shani were awarded death sentence, while Ali Rizvi was handed down life term,” he said. The Karachi CPO said that Liaquat was killed in an encounter. “The mastermind Mushtaq is still at large. Five witnesses of the case were also murdered,” he said.
