Judicial commission probing 2013 poll-rigging to kick off investigations today

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Judicial commission formed on the recommendation of the prime minister and as a result of intensive street and political struggle of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) will initiate investigations into the 2013 General Election today (Thursday). A three-member commission headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Nasirul Mulk will kick off the proceedings today. The PTI Chairperson Imran Khan is also expected to appear before the commission. Also, the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has also filed an application to become party to the investigations.
