ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The judicial commission on Thursday directed the NADRA chairman to submit the forensic report of 37 constituencies about which applications had been submitted. Hafeez Pirzada, counsel for the PTI, stated that they had submitted hundreds of proofs from only model constituencies to save the time of commission. “I assure that I will discuss only legal and constitutional issues,” he said. Chief Justice Nasirul Mulk remarked that they have not yet received an application from the federal government whether it will become a party in the issue or not. He said that the allegations were against institutions, not personalities. Justice Ameer Hani said that they have only 45 days to complete the investigations. The commission sought more recommendations, evidence and proofs from all the parties. Later, the judicial commission meeting was postponed for a week.
