Justice Qazi Faez expresses reservations on composition of SC larger bench
ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Supreme Court Judge Justice Qazi Faez Isa has expressed reservations over composition of Supreme Court (SC) larger bench.
According to letter written to Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Umar Ata Bandial, the SC Judge objected that senior judges were ignored in the composition of larger bench and rules also have not been followed.
The letter states that the judges who are on 4th, 8th and 13th senior list have been added in the bench. It also objects conducting hearing of Supreme Court Bar reference and Presidential reference together.
