Justice Qazi Faez Isa expresses surprise at circular issued by SC registrar on March 31

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Justice Qazi Faez Isa has expressed surprise at the circular issued by the Supreme Court registrar on March 31.

In a letter written to the registrar on Monday, he stated that the March 29 judgement was undone by the circular. He observed that the registrar had no power to undo the judicial order.

Justice Qazi Faez Isa further stated that the chief justice cannot give the administrative directions.

He directed the SC registrar himself o relinquish the charge.
