Justice (r) Javed Iqbal’s name finalized for NAB chief

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The name of Justice (r) Javed Iqbal has been finalized for the new National Accountability Bureau (NAB) chairman, Leader of Opposition in National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah said Sunday. Addressing a press conference in Sukkur on Sunday, he said that Justice (r) Javed Iqbal possesses valuable judgment skills and also praised his report in the Abbottabad Commission. The opposition leader prayed that Justice (r) Javed Iqbal would perform his duties honestly. Shah said that the names proposed by the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-Pakistan) don’t fulfill merit. I asked the government that an honest man should be appointed as new NAB chairman, he added.
