PESHAWAR (92 News) – Justice (retd) Dost Muhammad Khan has been made the caretaker chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Justice (retd) Dost Muhammad Khan retired from Supreme Court this march. Justice (retd) Dost Muhammad Khan was born in Bannu March 20, 1953. He got a law degree from Sindh Muslim Law College, Karachi in 1976. In 2002, he was elected president of the Peshawar High Court Bar Association and was made additional judge of the PHC. After one year, he was made a regular judge. Justice (retd) Dost Muhammad Khan had refused to take an oath under the PCO. He remained the PHC Chief Justice from November 17, 2011 to Jan 31, 2014. He was made a judge of the Supreme Court in 2014. The opposition had also proposed the name of Justice (retd) Dost Muhammad Khosa for the caretaker chief minister.
