K-2, K-3 projects reflect strong bonds between Pakistan and China, says PM Nawaz Sharif

KARACHI (92 News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has on Thursday inaugurated the K-2 project of Karachi Nuclear Power Project (KANUPP). Addressing a ceremony of K-2 project of Karachi Nuclear Power Project (KANUPP), Nawaz Sharif said that the project is an example of Pak-China friendship and expressed happiness on the project. He said that cooperation in the establishment of K-2 and K-3 nuclear power projects reflect strong bonds between Pakistan and China. Nawaz Sharif appreciated the steps being taken by Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission for the safety of existing and under construction nuclear power plants. “The world is accepting Pakistan’s growth,” he said. Sharif made it clear that the loadshedding will be eliminated. He said that the fight against terrorists will not be stopped due to the martyrdom of Punjab home minister Shuja Khanzada and attack on the MQM leader Rashid Godil. The prime minister said that such acts cannot deter our resolve in the war on terror. He said no hurdle in the campaign against terrorism will be tolerated.
