LAHORE (92 News) – PPP leader Qamar Zaman Kaira has said that Syed Murad Ali Shah will remain the chief minister in jail even though he is arrested. Addressing a press conference after a ceremony on the birthday of PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Saturday, he said that the plan to put Asif Zardari and Faryal Talpur in jail had failed. “The Sindh government could not be destabilized even after making so many arrests,” he said. Qamar Zaman Kaira said that the PPP had neither struck deal in the past nor would strike it now. “The Pakistan Steel Mills could not be appointed so far. No board could be constituted so far. The NAB has focused a province,” he said. The PPP leader alleged that the NAB was collaborating in toppling the Sindh government. “We do not know whether the PML-N is striking the deal or not, but our deal is with the people of Pakistan,” he said. He said that the PPP’s reservations about the march of Maulana Fazlur Rahman could not be removed. “We will also launch a movement soon,” he added. Kaira said that Imran Khan’s government is standing on a few votes. “There is no problem in toppling the government which is so weak that it could not run without injections of Neurobion,” he said. He said that the opposition leadership is being targeted through revengeful activities. “Khurshid Shah has been arrested in a case which has already been decided in his favour by the Sindh High Court,” he said. “The Kahsmir cause has been damaged. Pakistan does not enjoy good relations with Iran,” he added. Kaira demanded that the accused of the Chunian incident should be arrested immediately.
