Imran Khan to try luck for the third time

Imran Khan to try luck for the third time
July 12, 2016
LAHORE (92 News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Cheif Imran Khan has on Tuesday decided to marry for the third time. The bride was daughter-in-law of a well known “Manika family” of Pakpattan. The exact identity of Imran Khan’s third wife is not confirmed yet. However, sources claim that her name is Afshan. Afshan is said to be a divorcee having two children, like Imran Khan’s second wife, Reham Khan. Sources said that Imran Khan visited Pakpattan thrice this month. On the other hand, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) spokesperson Naeemul Haq termed the reports regarding party chairman’s third marriage as ‘baseless’. The spokesperson admitted that Khan has ‘spiritual link’ with Pakpattan’s Maneka family. He has given all the responsibilities regarding his marriage to his sisters, he added. Meanwhile, in his message on social media website, Imran Khan said that rumors about his marriage are absolutely baseless. “I have not gotten married. When I do I will announce and celebrate publicly,” he added. Previously, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan had yesterday expressed his desire to marry for the third time and will not give up the idea of marrying again. In an interview with the Indian newspaper, he said that he is 63 years old and had been married for only 10 years, but he is more of a staunch believer of marriage now than he ever was. He said that he led a very envied bachelor’s life. Many people would have loved to have the kind of life I’ve led, but if you get marriage right, it is a very civilized way of life. “It’s not in my blood to give up. But it takes a lot … [the idea of marriage] is even more open than before. But marrying at 60 is not like marrying at 30,” said Imran Khan. Commenting on the marriage and divorce with Jemima, the PTI chairman said that “It was a very painful ending because it wasn’t a natural ending. But that’s life”. However, he said he did not have any regrets as he had tried his best and so had Jemima, with whom he still shares a “very friendly” relationship. Khan said that he is very lucky that [Jemima and I] have a great relationship. Even today — 11 years after his divorce — he go and stay with his mother-in-law. The boys come and see him there. She still hasn’t taken his pictures down. The PTI chairman said that he then again married Reham Khan, even after his psychologist advised him not to get married, but it did not work out as she had her own family and he had his.
