Karachi JI ameer arrested, released for protesting against K-Electric

KARACHI (92 News) – The police arrested and later released Karachi JI ameer Hafiz Naeemur Rahman for protesting against K-Electric outside Idara Noor-e-Haq on Friday.

Before his arrest, Hafiz Naeemur Rahman said that they will stage protest at 10 places if the government will stop them at one place.

The arrested workers include Assadullah Bhutto.

JI ameer Sirajul Haq has demanded immediate release of the workers.

“We do not carry guns and cannons, but will continue to hold protest and meetings,” he said.
