Karachi operation being used only against MQM, says Altaf Hussain

KARACHI (92 News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement chief Altaf Hussain has said that the arrests in corruption cases have only been made in Sindh and particularly in Karachi. Addressing the party’s coordination committee, Altaf Hussain asked party workers if corruption only prevail in Karachi. He said that some people were trying to change the direction of the operation. The MQM chief appealed to Chief of Army Staff Gen Raheel Sharif to take notice in this regard. He said that the operation was being used only against the MQM, adding that the arrests have been made only in Sindh. Altaf Hussain said that he wanted to see strong and stable Pakistan.
