Karachi police arrests 6 including international smugglers, seizes Iranian diesel

KARACHI (92 News) – Karachi police seized three tankers of illegal Iranian smuggled diesel late on Monday. A team of Kemari police under the supervision of Assistant Superintendent of Police Bilal Qayyum conducted a raid in open sea and seized 100,000 litres of illegal Iranian diesel and arrested six suspects including two Pakistanis. ASP Kemari Bilal Qayyum said that four members of international smuggler group have also been apprehended during the raid. This was the first raid by the Karachi police conducted in open sea.
